Band saw
Anyone got a bandsaw. I got some 8/4 100 y/o pine to resaw. I may just buy a very coarse blade for the tilt saw :-)

I have one of those tilting metal cutting bandsaws. Was a cheapy but it works quite well.

it has a removable table

Right; I have two blades; metal and wood. I use the wood one to cut off stocks to fit recoil pads. They do work well. Mine does not have a table; it has a vise. And the saw moves up and down, or you can leave it up and saw on a little pad. Like a little table...

I have a 14" Delta wood bandsaw, resawing is a slow process with it. I would prefer something bigger if I had a lot to do.

I have a 64" not sure of the depth. It's made for cutting tubing and pipes. I think I can get a 6 tpi 1/2" blade. three speed pulleys.

We have a starting thickness, what are the other dimensions?

What dimension lumber are you looking for in the end!

If I get 3/4" out of all of it. The wider pieces have dowel holes in the edge. They are all about 2ft long
