ITAR (before I knew ITAR existed) could have turned me into an international arms trafficker because I mailed unfired single cases of .45LC, .32-40, .38-55, .45-70, .405, & .45-90 to a gentleman in England who's son liked cowboys.

A lot of "sky is falling" stuff from the NRA, but this looks very scary. Just wait till Hillary "The Screech" becomes Pres. We're doomed.

A few guys I know have dealt with this last year and early this year. It seems like some decided to pay, others not. But I agree, the definition of "manufacturing" being different between the atf and itar is a huge problem for the little guys. It's death by 1000 cuts, and not one giant one that is going to get us.
