After some Dremel work around the tang area and inside the stock where the magazine goes she fits like a snug glove on the Parker-Hale. This stock was for the military Mauser couldn't find one for the sporter version. As soon as the wind quits blowing will give it a range test and hopefully have as tight a groups as the old wood stock does. Here during Elk season you can pretty much count on rain so that was the reason for the synthetic stock was worried about warpage plus I did find a small crack in the stock. But is all OK now. Hopefully.

You may want to pop the recoil pad and fill the back end with spray foam to deaden the sound. There is nothing quite like the far off sound of a Ramline Syntech stock smacking a rock followed closely by the "F" word...
