I fired a thumb trigger, on an old Winchester 22, quite a bit. Wouldn't want to try it on a 30/06. Might get a busted thumb.
Had a Winchester-Hochkiss in 45-70. Tubular mag in the butt. Kind of a neat bolt action rifle. Regards, Bill
