Has anyone used the service that is sometimes found on E-bay and also at http://www.triggersmith.com that will supposedly clean up the trigger surfaces and set it to your desired pull weight from 1.75 to 3.5 lbs for just $35. If so, how good was it. They only provide the service for rem 700 triggers so u know.

Sent a trigger to him a couple of weeks ago, got it back last week and reinstalled it. Only comment I have is why didn't I find him years ago. He does great work and keeps you informed by email. I've got three more triggers that are going up to him...and I went through the Remington Armorers School and usually adjust my own triggers!

Great service. I had my trigger back before he cashed the check! It is a perfect 2.5# trigger now with a clean break.
