This started11 weeks ago when I bet a youngster in Wisconsin $1 on a monday night game.....and he won. So we went double or nothing on the next week.....and he won again.....well after ten consecutive losses the bet was up to $1024 and he wanted the Packers so I talked him out of three points.....I had the vikes and three points.....so Knowing I've lost every game I cheered for I decided to cheer for the Packers.....yup, it worked...they lost.....and big time!!! And of course my $1024 bet was salvaged. I now owe him nothing.....BTW I got a buck on the vikes next week.....

And now you know the rest of the story!!!!

I've been a Vikes fan since SuperBowl IV when Joe Capp lost to the Chiefs and as happy as I was at the game yesterday I know they will find a way to lose later. ESPN is picking the Vikes to be the NFC rep to the Superbowl but then being spanked by the Steelers or Patriots.
I know that my Vikes will choke before the Superbowl and the AFC will have another patsy to kick the snot out of on Feb. 6th.

(Feb 6th happens to be my triplet's birthday, so how about a miracle for a birthday present for them?)

Ray,
Who are the cowboys? Did anyone even mention them? I think not!! This conversation was about the packers and the vikings. The cowboys era is all done and won't happen again until the year 3000 maybe if they are lucky. But don't bet on them then either.

As for puppy,
I am coming back soon and you can get that pen ready. I have decided since I win so much to accept credit cards as well as checks now. Vikings are going down this weekend, I have for one time only become an eagles fan for a day. Go eagles!!

I know you folks in Wisconsin are cheering today after the Vikes lost so badly to the Eagles and further I want you to know that the Packers COULD HAVE BEATEN THE EAGLES today.....but alas....you sat home and watched the Vikes humiliate themselves once again.
