Remington 600/660 action
Does anyone know where I can get just an action (receiver and bolt) for a Remington 600/660? Don't need anything else and definitely don't need a complete rifle ($$$$)

As far as I know it is based on the Remington XP 100 pistol action. If that helps, maybe to broaden your search..

I am not sure if the 600/660 action is still in production. Like wise I do nor recall Remington selling just an action.

The modern replacement of the 600 action is the Remington Model 7.
Check with Brownells, they might have barreled actions avialable.

I know you said no complete rifles, but I just listed one in the classifieds that has many goodies that could be parted out. You waould probably end up ok, if you had the patience to sell the stock, brass, dies, scope mount, bottom metal, rifle basix trigger...

This is likely your best way to get an action.....

Finding an action alone is like trying to win the lottery!

Ditto.

I keep up with most everything that's for sale, and I have never seen a 600/660 action alone for sale.
