Trigger Adjustment for Savage Mark II Rimfire?

Any way to lighten what has to be a 15lber on the new Mark II bolt gun I just bought?

In my opinion, replace it with a RifleBasix rimfire trigger for the Savage, about 65-70 bucks. Beats messing around with the poor factory one. I'm extremely pleased with mine.
