ShakaBrno ZKK 602
I have a BRNO ZKK 602 in 375 H&H. Is it possible to change the safety out to a three position safety and install a new trigger ?

fla3006I think Jim's email is jwisner@quik.com, should run a little over $200 for his safety. My preference is to leave them alone. Think of the safety lever like cocking a hammer gun and you won't get confused. I alternate between Brno ZKKs and M-70s all the time, never a problem.

Michael RobinsonThe BRNO/CZ back-assward safety is a real strike against their designers. It's just not smart to defy the industry standard and go against the grain when designing a safety that moves parallel with the barrelled action. Back is (or should be) safe; forward is (or should be) fire.
I have a 3-position Wisner (courtesy of AHR) on my CZ 550 Magnum.
I live with the bass-ackwards safety on my CZ .22 only because I don't know whether there's anyone who makes a replacement.

MARK H. YOUNGThere is a good possibility that I am retarded or brain damaged. A kid did hit me over the heaed with a pipe when I was a youngster. Anyway everytime I handle one of those BRNO's I try my damnedest to push the safety the wrong way. Intellectually I understand that you pull it toward you but my thumb just won't do it. I personally would never take one of these rifles after anything that bites until the safety had been changed.
