Engraving style???

Engraving style???
I really like the style engraving that is seen in this picture. Hopefully one of you (Scrollcutter/Roger) can tell me what the name of this style is????

I would call it "banknote" style.

I like bank note style in a partial coverage but I think it's too "busy" in a full coverage. Here's a good example:



Of course, not everyone does it like Adone Pozzobon.

Just my opinion,

Banknote is not for everyone, I agree. While we're on the subject of Adone, one frequently sees his bulimo style of a Cape Buffalo. He does capture that "you owe me money" expression better than most.

I would call it nice for a pair of spurs, but I wouldn't want it on one of my rifles.
