Looking at some of the cast slugs recovered from shooting the Husky 5000 in 7 mm Mag the lands are apparently only 12 thousandths wide. I have never seen something like this in a HP rifle (OK, I have very limited experience with factory rifles). So in 7mm Maggie will I be able to shoot this barrel out in "shorter than normal time?

As a side issue will a standard 98 stock fit this gun (with ample barrel channel left over)?
