How hard would it be to rechamber a Single shot 45 Colt to..?????

I was looking at a NEF single shot in .45 colt and was wondering how hard it would be to re chamber it to .460 Smith and wesson mag or .454 casul ??? has any one tryed this ??? the action can hadle it I have the 500 S&W mag NEF and it works nice and the .45 colt carbeen is the same action ......
