Scope mount for 91/30 Nagant

I would like to know if I could have a pu type scope mount with Weaver rings put on a 91/30 Mosin Nagant and what you think the cost will be?
I saw a pictures of a mount that Ernie Burdick put on a SKS and it looked real good.
Does any one know how I can get hold of Ernie .\Thanks Ray

I got a bunch of Tasco AR15 risers [as anodized Alluminum Weaver rails with extra metal on the bottom]. I mill out the 91/30 or M44 or M39 reciver radius on the bottom of the mount, drill and tap, and relieve the mount for bolt movement.
