FjoldAny update on MRC short actions?
I don't want to keep bugging Dan, but I emailed MRC last week asking for an update on delivery estimates of left handed short actions with no answers. Has anyone heard from them as to when the first group of lefty's will come off the line?
The only reason that I'm getting anxious is that I'm getting ready to go out of the country again and according to Communifornia's stupid laws I have to sign the delivery paperwork before my waiting period starts.

mhoI have a feeling it will be a while yet. See what Rod@Acrabond had to say on this issue less than a week ago.

Rod@AcrabondI guess enough was enough. The left hand actions (long and short) are moving over to machining center #1, along with the righties. Some are anyway. That's progress. Still, it's about 30 days from when the castings arrive at the center to be machined before MRC has them to assemble and proof. I'll continue to watch this as we have a number of LH stock orders and I need production receivers and bolts to program and make patterns.
I'm not purposely being coy about naming the centers. It's just not my place to say.
