New England Custom Guns firm does offer an adjustable receiver sight for Weaver style bases. Decent rear sight quite suitable for hunting. Is all steel, solid sight, but the corners are somewht sharp to the touch and I bevelled the corners with a small jewellers file and touched up with cold blue and not hard on the hands that way. If you meant a complete assembly that replaces the base, the Ashley ghost ring and Brockman's Talley pop-up base are the two I know of that fit standard hole spacing.
