NRA sight for M1 Garant
I need help with a better sight for my Garant.
In the Springfield manual, I saw a picture with a NRA sight. Is it possible to get this sight for it and where I can buy it?(in europe)

Thanks, Martin

Guten tag! There is a match hooded front sight with interchangable apertures that Brownell's sells. Then there is the National Match style front sight that is legal for Service Rifle class in the US. The NM sight is only the standard post sight blade made thinner by .01" or .015", with the sides tapering thinner to the front to stop reflections from sunlight on the sides of the sight. You can modify the issue sight, or investigate under National Match parts. The NM sight also is the original height at the back, and drops down about .05" at the front, also to stop reflections to the shooters' eyes.
