Steve E.Mauser after market triggers........
I usually use Timney triggers but was wondering why you don't see talk about or people talking about using Dayton Traister triggers on Mauser Customs?

lee440IMO, the D/T's are not as well finished as the Timney or even the Bold triggers. They do have the advantage of being very compact in comparison to the others, which requires less wood removal in a area that needs all the wood it can retain. I have one in one of my guns, and it works just fine.

TMGDayton Traister triggers are nice. I would not put one on a DGR though, as they have a flat spring with a hole drilled in the middle which can break - this is not theoretical, I have had it happen. They did replace it though.
I would use one without hesitation on any other rifle though. They adjust nice and break smooth.
