Adjustable sight for stock 1911 dovetail

I'm not really wanting to send my 1911 Gov't to be cut for aftermarket sights so am looking first to see what is available for adjustable sights that will fit the stock type rear sight dovetail in the slide. Thanks

Look in Brownells, they have tons of them. Novak, Millet, Caspian, etc.
