Savage 350 remington magnum?
Anyone got any advice for me on this idea. I'd like to build one with an adams and bennett from midway. Can i do it on a short action savage? I dont have a clue what the throat depth will be on the A&B barrel and i dont have a clue on the magazine length of the savage short action. I know i can get a different bolt head but what about a follower that will work? And last but not least if i use a 14 classic with the hinged floor plate will there be problem getting a follower that will work for it?
Any help will be appreciated.

I would think the easiest way to get there would be to start with a WSM short action Savage. From there you should be just a rebarrel away.

the wsm actions have a larger barrel shank diameter

I have thought the same question for my 12. If you use a WSM box,it just might work.
