Stu CI've never seen one but it looks like a good quality rifle. Wish I could say the same about most of Remingtons more modern offerings!

Fla3006.. well did you put in a "snipperbid" proxy for $3500?

I was holding out to bid $600 but the feeding frenzy "amatuers" are at it.

Recoil RobIs this a later version of the M30 which was made from leftover WW1 Enfield actions?

Think I'll pass on this one although it is a rare piece, early bidders have already run away with it. Too bad someone drilled the bridge.

lb404I think this an attempt for the Remington push to feed crowd to get back into the game. Have you ever heard of a pre-????? Remington collectable??

ElmerHere is a picture of my Reminton Mod. 30 SX.
in 25 Rem. cal. This one never had a receiver sight and factory set up for scope. Came with a 12 x Lyman Targetspot.

ElmerThanks for the kind word. this is the 3rd one of these and Yes I should have kept the other two. they are one shooting machine.
Fla3006. That bridge hole is original correct.
If this pic posts ok ,here is another 720 bridge. My 720 has the hole also

OddBall2That looks like a modified 1917/p14. Take off the rear sight ears and the modified bolt handle and there ya go. You betchya. Wouldn't mind having that one but I choose not to have the funds to spend on the deal.
