D Humbarger9.3 progress / Bill Soverns checkering
Well I just today got my stock back from Bill Soverns. This is my 9.3x62 on a FN400 action with a Lothar Walter barrel & claro walnut stock. There is still metal work that I need to do like change the rings & bases for one thing, but couldn't wait to show Bills checkering.
Thanks Bill.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

D Humbarger!.
Very good looking rifle you`ve got there in a classic caliber of all times.
Congratulation from here.
Once one gets his first customrifle, he never wants a factory rifle anymore...except for a vintage gun.

Like I said in another post, there is some very very fine gunsmiting going on in western South Dakota.
