Thought I would ask one more question on the Redhawk.Does anyone use, or do they even make a good laser sight for them?

I would love to have a green laser as an aid for hunting. But this is something that needs more research because I blew a laser to pieces with recoil. I never read anything anywhere about how they stand up to heavy recoil and if some will. As expensive as they are, I won't throw away any money unless I know the thing will take years of shooting on a .475 or so.
I have busted many red dots and scopes that were called "shock proof" over the years.
