I've seen the side bolt release conversion done for Remington 700's, whereby the bolt release is relocated to the left rear of the receiver, similar to the location of a Mauser bolt release. Would this conversion be possible on a Howa 1500 (aka Weatherby Vanguard)?

I'm interested in this as well. I LOVE Howas, but the bolt stop is a little cheesy. Now I wish someone would produce quality bottom metal for them.
