Does anyone know the length difference between the E1-4 and 5?

one is for the flat bottom metal with the mag box holding 4 rounds, used on a lot of custom stocks and the other is for the stock military metal that allows five rounds.

At least that was the way it was explained to me when I ordered the wrong one.

Trying to figure out which one for a pme guard or if I will need to cut and extend. Found one and it is short, but don't know which one it is. I was trying to avoid buying one or each.
