Where can I find the cheapest silvers pad? I want 3 of the 1" pads for some vintage rifles.

The last time I bought some silvers pads it was from an English gunsmith who is living in Oklahoma. His name escapes me but I will get it. He has the genuine silvers pads. They were $30.
