Glock 22 recoil spring ???
I would like to replace the recoil spring on a Glock 22.I shoot mostly 180gr. full power loads at aprox 1000 fps. I've put over 5000 rounds on this pistol. Please recommend a brand , spring weight and source along with any thoughts on maintenance.
Thanks , Dyno

Dyno, get ahold of a Wolf spring catlog or a listing of their springs,As far as i am concerned they are the way to go in handguns,I have used them for several years now

Dave,
Thanks for the heads up on Wolf. It's always good to hear from someone who has used a product and knows first hand if it's a good one.
Thanks,Dyno

Glockmeister has stock Glock aswell as all sorts of custom parts. I replaced the recoil spring and rod on my G26, with their stainless recoil rod which has factory glock capture springs on it.

They also have factory plastic recoil rods with springs.

The Wolff I have no experiance with, but I have NEVER heard a bad thing about them. I am looking at the Wolff extra power springs(also for my g26 with +Ps). Wolff's springs require their recoil rod, as they are differently sized the Glock springs. Wolf can be found on the net at:
