Tried this in the Optics section, but didn't get many replies..........I have a Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8, that is cloudy, and has specks inside it. Does anyone know who refurbishes these old scopes. This would make a period scope for my pre-64 model 70 300 Win Mag. And it would seem to me, that the rather sharp recoil of the 300, wouldn't affect this scope, as it has the windage and elevation adjustments in the mounts. Any help, or advice, would be put to good use.....Thanks, Grant.

Try Bushnell. They have had the rights to the B&L line of riflescopes for a while.
