First make sure you are rotating the breech far enough

Hopefully someone can help me out. I have a MRI Lone Eagle in .35 Rem that will cock but won't shoot. Not even indenting the primer. I did notice a couple of nicks aroung the casing when taking out the unfired cartridge but nothing like a primer indention. Any ideas or has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

I am rotating breech all the way closed. Any other suggestions?
