Has anybody had any experience with the Warne Maxima TPA rings? They are all steel & look like they should hold up. What about their use on the big bores?

I thought the same thing; I have a set that I will probably try on a Taylor w/ it's ready. The other rings I've considered are the Burris Zee rings, but I have no idea how they hold up.

I like the Burris Signature Zee rings, and use them on everything. The biggest rifle is a 416 Rem with a 1.75-6VXIII. They have worked fine for about 700 rounds.

The only gripe I have is that I'm usually able to use low rings and the Signature only comes in Med and High.
