Out of pirnt I think. Tried to find a copy a few months ago. Even the out-of-print dealers didn't have one. There was one avalable in Europe at the time.

I have a copy that is in very good condition and I want to keep it that way. However, I would be willing to lend it out for short periods of time to those who would promise to return it in the same condition in which I sent it and also pay the postage both ways.

I've got one I would sell. It's in very good condition, probably excellent. Let me know if you haven't found one yet.
