AH Fox in a box!
I have had this for awhile now and think I might start trying to get her back up and running.
It is a AH Fox 12ga that had the barrels cut to 19"(pisspoor hack job I might add), the rear stock is missing and the forearm wood damaged as well. I kept it with the idea of turning it into a double but dont think that will ever happen as I get hteimpression that the action is not strong enough. So I am looking to find another set of barrels, and wood and just taking it back to a shooter. I have all of the metal except the butplate and screws. The rec is in pretty good shape considering the age. Minor rust spots but no pitting or real damage and it even retains a good amount of case colors which is nice. The serial dates the gun to 1921. So a few questions;
Will the fitting of the barrels require much work or be extremely costly?
And..
If I keep it the way it is and make a slug gun out of it, should I have the barrels tightened up to a IC?
Here are a few pics.

Give Buck Hamlin in Missouri a call, 636-479-4304.
He's really up on the Fox guns. He'll be able to tell what you're best off doing with your Fox. He does great work.
