Fuzzy Farrant
I know that Mr. Farrant, late of West Covina, CA, is deceased.

But IMHO, he made the best revolver grips ever manufactured. I own a couple of sets.

His grips were the favorites of LAPD officers for years, back in the six shooter days of Model 19s and Pythons. And for good reason. Especially his small based grips.

Anyone know if grips in Fuzzy's patterns are now being made by anyone else?

In this day of rampant 9s and 40s, I still like the attention the big booming blast of a .357 Magnum gets at the range. Kinda wakes up the polymer crowd.

But thank God for plugs and muffs both! Big Grin

He is bar none the best grip maker in the country right now.

IMO Walter Roper made the finest revolver grips though!

Those are beautiful grips. Not as ergonomic as Fuzzy's, but more in line with the classic S&W shapes.

With Fuzzy's grips, I find that the revolver fits my hand without stressing the wrist in any way and is like a natural extension of the forearm.

I find that my revolvers with his grips point perfectly for me.

Keith can make anything, all of his Ropers and Kearsarge grips are patterned after the originals. He takes measurements of your hand to make sure they fit. If you have some Fuzzy grips that you'd like him to copy he can do that no problem.
