Yup, you read it right, I lost the front guard screw, (or it never was put in) on a brand new 300 Win Mag Howa rifle.

where do I get one, (Brownells does not have them), or what are the specs so I can make one?

Isn't the Weatherby Vanguard made by Howa? They might have one.

6x1 as I recall. Like .6 inch long. If that is wrong, don't yell at me.
