mikethebearTwo Interesting Things
At a gun show in Austin Texas this weekend I saw a Ruger no 3 that was orginally a 375 Winchester that had been converted to a 375 H&H. Also a recoil pad had been added. The dealer said that shooting it was an "Event".
Also I saw and handled for the first time an AR180 as built by Sterling of England. My opinion is that it was a much better design than the M16. I was impressed.

mikethebearOne more interesting thing I saw at that gunshow. A Ruger 1A in 22 long rifle. Never knew Ruger made that.

<Harry>Re: Ruger 1 in 22 LR
I think you will find that a custom conversion by someone like Billingsly or someone up in WY or MT that advertises in Rifle magazine. They have been doing it for years.
