Buttplate for shotguns with adjustable length of pull?

A friend wants me to "cut down" a shotgun stock for his wife. He would also like to use it himself.

Is there a buttplate that has a length adjustment?

I know Morgan makes one adjustable for drop and camber, but I also would like to have a length adjustment of about 1".

The only alternative would be a "slip on" recoil pad.

Customstox

Gracoil makes one and it is not only adjustable but is spring loaded. I have used one for skeet and they are wonderful at reducing felt recoil.
