Anyone have any ideas (short of a new 1/4 rib) on how to put this reflex sight on "ugly betty?"

I don't know if this would work but your sight looks to have this type of setup. This is a 4 inch they also make a 6 inch.
4 inch rail

WestpacRemove the rear sight and make an adapter to fit in the dovetail.

ForrestBA bunge cord wouldn't look out of place, but I'd probably investigate Westpac's idea first.
I'd try to use the dovetail to attach the front of the rail and anchor the rear to the barrel shank for added stability (it might just take one screw).

new_guyGreat input... I think I'll try a bungee cord, duct tape and a coupe of drywall screws with some of that expanding foam in a can

I was hoping you guys would get a kick out of "ugly betty."

new_guy, you might try the CZ to Weaver base adaptor from B-Square. One catalogue shows it as part number BSQ 14804. To my eye it looks like it was designed without the need for duct tape, or the Duane Weibe inspired bunge cord.
