How are the new Remington Stocks with the rubber inserts?? Are they the same injection molded POS. Has any one bedded one of these?? Do the rubber inserts come out/ can they be removed??

Should I just chuck it in the trash can and get a new one? I want to have a new Rem camo dipped. I am going to pick up a 17FB when they get avaible. Looking to here if these stocks are worth the effort.
