Where to find a Redfield front sight blade?

I picked up this Redfield barrel band front sight last year at a gun show. I remembered it the other day when I was considering parts for a rifle build and dug it out. It is missing a sight blade however. I have looked online at some of the gun parts sites and the auction sites but have had no luck so far. Any ideas where a guy might find a sight blade for it. Thanks.
