Not fiberglass, but an option might be this. I have a pattern stock that was made from an original LH M70 stock in 338 Win mag. It is built up and quite modified from the original; it was built to take Williams bottom metal.

Mike,

I didn't know the LH M-70 short-actions were available yet, but H-S Precision and McMillan can both make them (currently on a special order basis).
