WTB - .303 British Headspace Gauges

We allow .064 to .071. In service, it is more than that.
Just measure a case rim and add to that with shims, then measure that.

Yep. Another way is to take a .303 boxer case and cut it off behind the shoulder. Insert a spent primer w/o anvil into the primer pocket about halfway. Chamber the round and close the bolt. Then measure the primer protrusion.
