Barrel Thread size for Winchester 1895?
Anybody know the pitch and diameter of the threads on the barrel shank for an original Winchester Model 1895 Lever Action?

Shank is.875,diameter is .930 and threads are 16 t.p.i.,V type.

Where did you find that??? I looked everywhere I could think of. i found dimensions for every Winchester except the M95.

One book I have agrees with RayO and the other says .960 instead of .930 .
