I don't think the emails are getting through again or getting lost in the shuffle. I have yur machine here all crated up and we need to talk and see what extra cutters you may want me to get for it. If you have my phone number you might try it again. The box is heavy but the two of us managed to get it in the back of my Ford Explorer. Getting it out might be interesting.

Maybe Walter is playing with the software. I sent Saeed a PM and no response either.

Chic,

I cannot get into the email server. We have been getting our email in bits and pieces. Our ISP is saying there is some problems with their main connection.

Hopefully I will get your messages in the morning. Can you give me your phone number in a PM please? Just in case our mail does not make it by morning.

I am going to be out of the country from the 6th to the 18th of June, but if I have your phone number, I will be able to get a hold of you.

We are going to Sweden, so hopefully I will be able to keep in touch with you all on the Forums.

Saeed, you said you wanted duplicates of the cutters. I can order those locally and get it all ready to ship. There was not much there in the way of stock patterns. I don't know what you might want or if you have some old stocks that would serve you. I could get copies of some of mine if you would like. Give me a call.

There will be room in the box to send along anything else you need, like acraglass. The round mandrells are made with epoxy in a "mold" cut in aluminum on the mill. The ball end mill types can be set up on a rotary table and the mold made by offsetting the end mill one half the oversize dimension that you want, then make a plunge cut and turn the table 360 degrees. You still have to put a feeler gauge under the cutter so the bottom of the cutter is not square dead on.
