Need advise
I have a Win mod 63 that needs a new or used barrel, or perhaps get this one relined..Will Win rebarrel or do I need to go with a gunsmith, recommendations? Never messed with a 22 LR repair!

Just have it re-lined. Several folks here do it.

SAeed,
I realize that, so need options to fix, Id prefer an original barrel if available as Winchester came out with the reproduction of mod 63 a year or three ago. A used original barrel would be a nice option.

Got lucky, Jack First had a used one 95% as new for $150. ordered it for sure. Might be a good idea to have the old barrel relined and put in my parts ben. What does relining cost these days

You will pay pretty close to that for a relining, depending on the barrel lenght. Some liners cost more due to the lenght.
I just did a Winchester 1906 20 inch barrel for Back40.
