Has anyone used these silicone treated sacks to help protect guns in a steel safe from condensation.
While I haven't had any problems of rusting in my area I thought that they might add extra protection from this possibility plus a bit of padding to prevent dings from bolt handles etc.

I use them here in San Diego for all of the reasons that you listed. I think I've got close to two dozen. I won't be without them.

You wont be sorry if you invest in some. Good for protection against moisture, dings, scratches, etc. Wyo

I used to use them. What I didn't like about them was that they soaked up the oil I put on my guns to keep them from rusting.
