shooter65Weatherby triggers
who makes an aftermarket trigger for Weatherby rifles??
Canjar does (or did, anyway). They make (made?) both a set and an unset version. The trigger has this huge triggershoe, requires the trigger to be disassembled before taking down the rifle - unless you do like a "gunsmith" did to mine, and simply widen the slot in the triggerguard - quite an effect and NOT the right way to do it!
Now for the bad news, Canjar is about as easy to get hold of as it is to sell a bunch on pork chops in a mosque. Good luck trying, it does supposedly happen...

Mike375If you replace the trigger return spring in a Wby then most will adjust down to a safe 1 pound pull. However, the trigger assembly is screwed on REAL TIGHT and you need to disassemble the trigger.
But once the trigger no longer has the spring from the front suspension of a car then it it is real good. Adjustable for both weight of pull and sear engagement and without taking the rifle apart.

KingfisherThat begs the question, where do you get the non-suspension car spring?

Mike375Apart from an engineering type shop, Brownells will probably have a collection of springs they would sell as a kit.
