Can anybody tell me what size and pitch the barrel threads are on the Browning bolt actions?

Not on the A-bolt I just took apart. These threads are 1"-32; what are they thinking?

From the barrel I took off, the threads are 1"-32, and the shank measures .975" from the breech face to the shoulder. The threaded portion is .735" and the diameter of the unthreaded area where the recoil lug sits is 1.006". The one I made was exactly ths same/ Big Grin
