Adjusting MOA trigger

I want to adjust the MOA trigger on my M70. What is the best way to get the "locking"compound out of the adjusting screw head?

Try some Acetone. As a last resort a little propane heat will work. Don't burn it, just warm it up. Out of the stock of course.

Oh, did you say a Win 70? Never mind, Just stand there ready with a screw driver, it will light itself.
