The answer could be no increase at all.

Fred Barnes and I built a 6mmX.270 super IMP. We loaded a case full of 4831 behind Fred's 115 gr. bullet. He removed the extractor and told me that after I fired it to bounce the butt on the adobe and if the case didn't fall out I didn't owe him anything.I turned her loose opened the bolt and bouced her as instructed. The case flew out,fully fire formed. That was a long case, almost no tapper,no lube, high pressure and a SMOOTH CHAMBER.
