NitromanWho Has A Milling Machine?
And would be interested in helping me out?
I bought a Freeland accessory rail and intended to mount a Versa-Pod bipod on it using the handstop and rail adapter. Just received the 'Pod today. Oooohhhh!

the adapter is just a leeetle too wide and the grooves just a leeetle too shallow. By a "leeetle" I do mean just a few thousandths, a trivial brush up on a milling machine or $65.00 minimum shop time in Fairbanks where I'll be after the 1st of Sept.
It'd really be a drag to drop $65.00 to correct a $58.00 accessory.
So...anyone want to take this on? Email me offline and we'll discuss $$$$.
Thanks.

<JBelk>I've got a mill, but it sounds like a 3 minute drawfile job to me.

NitromanMr. Belks post made me feel guilty. Since I didn't want to file the rail I broke out the (horrors!!) Dremel and with the help of a grinding wheel and 20 minutes now have a functional set-up.
Thanks Mr. Belk for the swift kick, I knew I could do it.

CustomstoxRoger, thanks for your honesty and the chuckle. Jack is good for that occasionally, he has caught me a time or two... or twenty.
