I've inherited a P 08 lugar.
The take down lever is loose.
Any suggestions?

That piece is the locking bolt, and it is retained by a tiny wire spring; it is either broken, which is unlikely, or missing, or has lost it's tension.
In any case, you need a new one. Probably, internet diagnoses are not 100% reliable. Maybe .5.
